This unusual Chinese-made vernier protractor reads to 2 minutes of a degree, and is very nicely made - the photo really does not do it justice.
After buying one of these protractors from me, one customer said, "All my other vernier protractors were designed wrong in the first place." He likes this one better than any of the several big-name American-made protractors he has.
